the girl from Africa inspired me, because she kept working and working for their dreams, and also she had one of the worst starting positions, since she had to learn English next to all the school stuff and the catering, she was one of the persons, who get a scholarship in the end.
They are important, since they are a lot different then the other classes, for example a lot more realistic and closer to real life. In Addition it demands different skills, what gives students, which have problems with normal school, an opportunity to succeed and to find a subject which they like.
Taking a career class has impacted my life, since i could experience how is it like to be in a professional kitchen and i could improve my teamwork ability, which is very important for future life. In addition, it trains responsibility, since everybody in the is responsible for something and the final product depends on how serious everybody has taken his responsibility.
